Return & Refund Policy

At Graycat Concepts, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns of unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in new, unused condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns that show signs of use, modification, or abuse (i.e. stains, dirt, permanent damage) may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

⚠️ Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order gear
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Opened or used items

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

🚚 Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Contact us here to check availability. Exchanges are handled as a return + new purchase unless otherwise arranged.

🌍 International Orders

We accept international returns, but:

  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping and customs charges

  • We do not refund import taxes, duties, or fees charged by your country

❗ Issues & Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our gear, but we’re not perfect. If an item arrives defective inside its packaging, please email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Please note that we are not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers, including damage to the packaging that affects the item.

  • We are not responsible for gear that is lost or damaged during return transit. Consider using trackable shipping and insurance.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions, but we may be flexible on a case-by-case basis.
