2. Shipping & Delivery
We offer domestic and international shipping where legally permitted. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We do not ship to embargoed or sanctioned countries. International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs issues. We reserve the right to cancel orders that raise compliance concerns
3. Export Compliance
Some items may be subject to U.S. export control laws. By purchasing our products, you agree not to export or transfer them in violation of U.S. law and confirm that you are not acting on behalf of a foreign government or military.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at contact@graycatconcepts.com.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition.
- Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or damaged items are handled according to our Issues & Damaged Items policy within our Return/Refund Policy. Please email us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives defective, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
5. Warranties & Liability
All products are sold as-is without any express or implied warranties, unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for:
- Injury, loss, or damage resulting from use or misuse of our gear.
- Delays or issues caused by third-party carriers or customs.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Use of our gear is at your own risk.
