We currently ship within the United States and to the United Kingdom. Orders are fulfilled using Shopify’s integrated shipping services, with tracking and real-time rates provided at checkout.
📦 Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
U.S. Shipping
- We offer standard and expedited shipping via USPS, UPS, or other major carriers.
- Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping option.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
UK Shipping
We offer shipping to the United Kingdom only for international orders.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates.
- Import taxes, VAT, and customs fees are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Delivery times vary but typically take 7–14 business days.
⚠️ We do not ship to other countries outside the U.S. and UK at this time.
📦 Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package is lost:
- Check the tracking number in your shipping email
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at contact@graycatconcepts.com
We’re happy to assist, but we are not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Packages arriving damaged
- Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received
🛑 Shipping Limitations
- No shipments to embargoed countries or U.S. military export-restricted regions.
- Orders over a certain weight may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes.
